Mexico 2008- Playa del Carmen, Mexico will be the first stop of the 2008 PKRA World Tour. This Promises to be a new exciting event due to its magical location. Playa del Carmen is the hearth of the world famous “Riviera Maya” whit its many kilometers of powdery white sand beaches, and cristal clear Caribbean waters. During this season the wind can range from 10 to 25 knots from the northeast to the southeast direction. Just added to the event is the new and exciting course racing discipline, which will bring the fastest and best kiteboard racers in the world to challenge the local racing champion Sean Farley. From the 4th until the 9th of March.
