Kiteboarding Specific Workout and Nutrition Plan

Dra Sarah Ellis published an interesting book called Kiteboarding Specific Workout and Nutrition Plan. This book brings you over 75 different exercises and a full nutrition plan.

The book will be available in two formats, PDF and hard cover.
The release date for PDF format is September 15th, 2010 and for the edition is October 1st, 2010.
