Martina D’Eustachio joined KiteMovement team

We are very proud to introduce you to Martina Santos D’Eustachio, a young Brazilian kiteboarding rising star as the first member of Kitemovement Kiteboarding Team.

Martina is 14 years old and an extremely promising freestyler. Born in Italy and currently living in ParacurĂ¹, Brazil, Martina was only 10 years old when she started kitesurfing. In the last three years she has been training really hard in order to achieve her goals, win championships not only on local but also on a national level.

After being ranked second in Brazil only to Brazilian Champion Bruna Kajiya she is now ready to compete internationally and on PKRA Tour. Martina is proving that girls are no longer standing in the shadow of the boys.

Overall Martina has taken part in 10 competitions and achieved the following best results:

2011 : 5th position – PKRA Kitesurf Wind Riders World Cup 2011 – Barra Do Cunhau RN, Brazil
2011 : 3nd position – Superkite Cumbuco 12/11/11 – Brazil
2011 : 2nd position – 2nd stage Volkswagen Brasilian Kite Tour – Barra Do Cunhau RN, Brazil
2011 : 2nd position – 1st stage Volkswagen Brasilian Kite Tour – Cumbuco, Brazil
2010 : 1st position – 3th stage Kite Open – Circuito Cearense de Kitesurf – Taiba, Brazil
2010 : 4th position – 1st stage Kite Open – Circuito Cearense de Kitesurf – Fortaleza, Brazil
2009 : 2nd position – 2nd stage Kite Open – Circuito Cearense de Kitesurf – Paracuru, Brazil

Her smooth and powerful style stand for the evolution of kiteboarding amongst the youngest riders.
