This edit was shot at Araruama Lagoon in Costa do Sol State Park, about 120 km from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Araruama Lake is a flat water salt lagoon, and excellent spot for practicing kitesurfing due to its constant winds averaging 12 to 25 knots. In 2010, Araruama hosted the Rio Worlds Windsurf Championship.

This video was shot using the Canon HDSLR, a GoPro Hero 2 without the use of tripod so it’s a little bit shaky. We hope you enjoy anyway.
