Eli Zarka in Cabo Verde 2011

Yet another footage of Israeli kiteboarder Eli Zarka. This time he visited Cabo Verde. With its paridisiac views, strong wind and big waves this place has really a lot to offer. Eli rides those perfect Cabo waves strapless with apparently no effort whatsoever.
