Discovered by windsurfers 15 years ago, La Ventana has become the perfect kitesurfing spot thanks to its steady winds from November to March and to its L-shape sandy beach with sideshore winds. Beginners can start safely from the main campground launching site and end up downwind in the bay on the sandy beach and walk back.

The best season for the wind is November to March when the wind usually blows daily at 15-20 knots.
