Have a look at this short video of Polish Kitesurfing Champion Victor Borsuk. This year he visited Philippines and spent over two weeks on the beautiful island of Boracay. Blue water, constant winds, sand, friendly people and of course radical kitesurfing sessions. Seems like a perfect place to be. One lucky guy is living a dream.
