Mui ne is a small fishing village in Southern Vietnam known for its windy conditions and is home to a young kitesurfer named Win. He grew up in this small village and only four years ago while working as a beach boy in one of the kite schools he learnt how to kite. Now Win is the first professional Vietnamese kitesurfer.
